1.Steady progress in leading strategy
The paper production, sales volume and operating revenue in 2021 increased than last year, among them, the sales volume achieved double-digit growth. Comprehensive domestic market share is above 33%, continuing to maintain the overall leading position in China and the leading position in the same industry around the world.

2.State-owned enterprises was reformed successfully
On June 2, 2021, Heilongjiang New Industry Investment Group Co., Ltd. and Mudanjiang State-owned Assets Investment Holding Company signed the agreement to transfer Hengfeng Group equity, which marks the successful completion of the enterprise reform.
Among the top 100 enterprises in Heilongjiang in 2021, Heilongjiang New Industry Investment Group Co., Ltd. ranked 70th and Mudanjiang Hengfeng Group Co., Ltd. ranked 85th. -
3.Three-years goal of increasing employees wages achieved ahead of schedule
In March 2021, the implementation of organizational structure adjustment, personnel allocation optimization and salary system improvement was started, and the goal of increasing yearly wages by 10000 yuan per capita in three years has been achieved ahead of schedule.

4.Accelerate digital transformation of the group
On December 28, 2021, the reconstructed and newly built dome cloud ERP system, master data management cloud platform, enterprise service bus ESB system and FineReport business intelligence analysis platform were officially switched to online, laying a solid foundation for the company to truly realize digitization factory and digitization transformation and upgrading.
At the award ceremony of 2021 China Digitization Transformation and Innovation Selection, the PHM Equipment Failure Prediction and Monitoring Platform and Batch Supply Cain Traceability Platform from Hengfeng are awarded the Digitization Innovation Model Case. -
5.The 20th anniversary of Hengfeng Paper being listed
To commemorate and celebrate the 20th anniversary of Hengfeng Paper being listed, the company launched a series of special reports on the 20th Anniversary. Issued 20 Major Events in The Past 20 Years; Published Article Collection of The 20th Anniversary of Hengfeng Paper Being Listed.
On 19 April 2021, there were a 20th anniversary celebration meeting of Hengfeng Paper and the variety show to celebrate the 20th anniversary. -
6.Start-up after reconstruction of PM10
On the 1st August 2021, there were the ribbon cutting ceremony and several accompanying activities for PM10 rebuilding project.
In May, the successful commissioning of key project regarding chlorine-free bleaching of hemp fiber, which means the company completely mastered the technology of chlorine-free bleaching of hemp fiber, which core technology is the pioneer in the same industry globally. -
7.The company was selected as national Green Factory
In December 2021, Hengfeng Paper was selected as the Green Factory in the green manufacturing list publicized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

On 20th November 2021, Xu Qin, Heilongjiang provincial leader, came Hengfeng Paper for investigation.
